César Molinas is an economist and consultant. He has a degree in Mathematics, a PhD in Economics from the University of Barcelona and a Master's degree in Econometrics and Economic Mathematics from the London School of Economics. He has held, among other positions, that of General Director of Planning at the Spanish Ministry of Economy and Finance and Director of Economic Analysis at the Spanish Securities Market Commission (the CNMV).
